Took commissioning me to finally get back to this project.

So here's the next ( and for now final ) new member of the Fallen A.N.G.E.L.S. division.

Real Name: Issac Stevenson
Alias: Warp
Age: 28
Height: 5'10"
Hair: Blonde
Eyes: Blue

Powers:
Teleportation to any location he can visualize in his head either through personally be there or from a photograph. Warp cannot teleport if he doesn't know where he'll be going. He can teleport others as long as they have physical contact with his body or connect to someone who is in contact with Warp. Warp also has a photographic memory, which allows him to easily picture places to teleport.
Background:
Issac was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
He discovered his powers when he was in high school. One day, as he was preparing for class, he sneezed and suddenly found himself in the girls' locker room. He had to change schools after that.
Later, he would practise his unique ability by working as a magician at the fair during vacation. When rumors that he was "one of those deviants" started alienating him from his neighbors and even friends, he began using his powers for shoplifting out of spite.
However, he soon realized that this was petty-minded and by no means a worthy use of his gift.
He would then be one of the deviants to willingly registrate during the 2012 Registration Act ( see: deviantuniverse.deviantart.com… ).
This was when he caught the attention of A.N.G.E.L.S.
Joining their agency in late 2012, he would move to Toronto to train in their facilities there, in order to become a proper agent.
Only working sporadic missions as an undercover agent or investigator from 2014 - 2017, he was then transfered from A.N.G.E.L.S. Toronto HQ to the United States in order to join the newly created Fallen A.N.G.E.L.S. bravo team in early 2018.
