Hola! Es esponja floral, se utiliza para clavar las flores de plástico usualmente. Lo cubrí con imprimación para paredes y masilla para recubrir grietas.

After I cut the shape out, I put putty on them, and then, when the putty was dry, I sand them. For last I used primer (paint)

It's like a white thicky dough that can be used to harden some surfaces, mostly walls. ( www.totpint.com/media/catalog/… ) hope i helped you
