It's pretty widespread at universities here actually, especially on the coasts. It just hasn't made much headway in high schools or for post-university.

They still had spandex on underneath. And some of them put special tape on their legs to help with the lifting. There were definitely some people lifting who got lost under some skirts, though.

But thanks! I hope your interview went well. If you are indeed Brown-bound in fall, the prom dress game is always the last game of the year, some time in May. We only play Harvard for prom-dress every-other year. Off years we just have a scrimmage against ourselves. It is a little-known tradition since the women's rugby team doesn't get much love (athletics department politics, bleh), despite the fact that they are currently ranked number one in the nation and are headed to the National Final Four tournament in a couple weeks for the forth year in a row (you can tell I'm a fan )

Thanks for the fave. Glad you enjoyed it. And I definitely encourage your to get your team to have a prom dress game. They're a lot of fun, and draw lots of spectators who wouldn't normally be inclined to attend a rugby match. A lot of teams (us included this year) do prom dress games as a Breast Cancer awareness/fund raiser type thing, too.

Thanks for the +fav. That's so funny you saw my photos on facebook too. You should definitely get to a game and try some sports photography. I find it a really nice change from more "slow moving" art photography.
