social darwinism in this case isnt supposed to be in the laissez-faire liberitarian style but more like. she plays the god instead of nature ykno. she decides if people can stay in her country or not and creates her "ideal society" through well.. breeding the best ones lol. if eugenics wouldnt be strictly illegal on elysium i think shed be pretty into that... but its all for the "good cause of perfection" *coughs*
