Well, there's been a couple of game, yeah.
My bro brought and liked "Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins" on the PSP... I didn't like it much... It had ugly colorless PS1 graphics...super easy too... blah!
There was the "Maximo" games on the PS2 which were modern 3D spinoffs. Kinda generic but great music. They looked like all those other billions 3D platformers on the PS2, so not that much memorable..
And...huh... I guess that's all. Anyway they weren't as fun, hardcore, detailed and colored as the classic G&Gs. Quite forgettable... :/

also heard they removed all megaman cos-players from a place once, not sure where though.
