i think 1/8 is to much
take a look at blissey it would loose 100 HP each turn on lvl.100
or shedinja it would be killed instantly
a pkmn with angel luck would never die only it there is a weekness x4x1,5 STABx2(crit hit)
then it might be dead
these abilities are definetly overpowered
