Athena, whose roman name is 'Minerva' was the goddess of wisdom, war, justice and strategy. She was born directly from Zeus's brain and traditionally she's represented with shield, helm and sometimes, a spear. Here I used dark shading and I added two big wings, so she looks very ruthless!Related content

Yeah, and the interesting fact is that originally (before the greek miths) Athena and Medusa were one. Athena represents the wisdom, the humanity and the justice, but her dark side is a goddess of war and vengeance, so here is Medusa!
