Changing up some of Sai and her family's backstory a bit so bear with me here ;W;
But here's Sai's parents! Alive and well! And they live in Skyrim (where Sai and the rest of her siblings were born). Sai doesn't know who her family was, on the count of getting amnesia at the age of 5 when she cracked her head and was taken by the sea's current (they live relatively close to the Sea of Ghosts). But, she does get to re-meet them in 2E 585 (which is where in the timeline the Greymoor and Markarth DLC takes place).
Oh, and Sai's a vampire during the Markarth DLC on the count of Verandis accidently turning her during the prologue quest. Kýr is not very happy about that (not her turning, but Verandis biting her).

Also, Sai was supposed to be an only child, but when I made her parents in the sims and they just kept havin more daughters, I figured "eh, why not? They love each other and love havin kids"
... this method is also how I determine if an OC gets a kid or not/how many kids they'll have if I'm unsure if they'd be a parent
