I don't think he can, actually. The DNA used to make fusions have had their evolution genes frozen due to the... mess... they make when that happens. You could make a new fusion though...

oh i think its possible you take two pokemon who have the ability to evolve and yes it would take a mess of late night work but i do believe that you could accomplish it. especially if you designed the fusemon to have that ability.
