This is my non-premium membership critique, if that's okay:
Placing the white over the background was a good decision. It makes the piece feel tangible, and it "jumps out" a bit.
You've also taken a digital face and infused it with living personality. Few people can do that sort of imaginative transliteration.
And I can't be sure, but it looks like you went with markers and pencils of some sort, which matches the bubblegum style of the original meme.
The only possible improvement I can think of is to make the lines smoother and cleaner, especially the outlines. Overall, it is a wonderful and compelling piece.
