I don't like to give clean "explanations" of my images, I prefer people to interpret them according to their own experience.
Before taking the photo, I watched some TV show about divorced women, and one woman told how she used her ex-husband's shirt and threw plates in it. She gave her anger to come out with it.
and I thought the ex's shirt was such a strong image/symbol : )

Oops, correction... "but it had already made HER less of a human", less human because you depicted her here as transparent.
Glad I am at least on the right track; I sometimes have doubts about my rational perception of things.
Less of a human because I believe that when two person are in love, and then marry, it is as though their lives, their soul have become one, but when rivalry or even divorce happens, it tears them apart, and they are only left with half of themselves (50% opacity?) - When they hurt each other, they are hurting themselves too. Ahh.... though he may have left, he still remains. Its as though his shirt is the ghost of him, still haunting her, and she haunting him. And suddenly a song came to my mind, Ghost of You and Me, BBMak.

Is this a religious picture about the rapture? Because that's what the title and picture combined reminded me of.

There couldn't have been a better, more fitting title to suit such an image :)
So many different stories can be applied to this... speaking so many different levels.
Gets the imagination going, which is, I think, the greatest power.
Very well-executed, and completely unique, at least to me :)

I think the thing I love most about this picture is the shadow of the skirt. It took me a while to work out exactly what you were doing, but it was worth it!
The deep red of the floor puts passion into the picture, and changes it from one which is filled with sadness to one of defiance, in my mind.
I love the title also. Such a strong image, beautifully told.
