If you have you loved my drawing of Starlow from before, then you're gonna love this one! Even though I don't play any of the Pokemon games or watch the anime, I still like to make a picture of one of my personal favourite of all the Pokemon in the book (trust me, there are hundreds, maybe even thousands!). This Pokemon is Jigglypuff. Looks very cute, doesn't it. Do you know why it looks cute? It because of those eyes, that are the same size as those on an owl. Another adorable feature of this puffy specimen is its ability to put opponents to sleep with its song. Must be a lullaby. Anyway, it didn't take long to make this. A few moments of procrastination here and there, but it was still worth it. I absolutely loved how this came out in the end.
