Unlike the current one (which is half complete), the tribes of this land would not dare complain about this edifice taking up most of the mountain.

A good use of editing (and perhaps giving Soviet sculptures a little too much credit with the details on the faces 
One quibble--Stalin, despite his enormous historical legacy, would have never made it onto the mountain. After 1956, the government flat out refused to even produce statues of him, as part of De-Stalinization.
Pointless trivia for you. Kudos on an inventive idea.
