No it's by Ieoh Ming Pei apparently... It is an absolutely beautiful building! I prefer the building to the art in it hehe..

The name of the museum is MUDAM "Musee d'Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean". And the architect was Ieoh Ming Pei.

Haha I'm actually not sure, can't remember right this minute, but I'll check tomorrow and get back to you. It is in Kirchberg in Luxembourg if that helps...?
