i always marvel at how so many masterpieces (from Van Gough, Monet, etc.) that we deem perfect are made of unperfect lines and brushstrokes its really quite an interesting thing

I love the brush stroke style you seem to evoke. it's such a fast paced style it seems--reminds me of van gogh's work. the colors also, seem to be placed right on--as for shadow and depth.. personality and contrast.
I like his eyes in this. his nose seems perfectly sculpted here, each nostril the right size
there's nothing in this that I don't like.

Seems very Van Gogh, the strokes are just enrapturing.

This is very nice.
I love paintings with kind of rough strokes. And especially those with all different colours used to give the illusion of one colour.
It makes the painting much more alive and really helpes to enhance the expression. The person's eyes becomes really intense.

I aboslutely love the style you have adopted over the past months. You're really REALLY getting super creative with your colors, not like you wernt already, but lately you've been really experimenting alot and comming out with some very awesome results.

I'm just loving how you can create the effect of curves and contours just by where you put your different colors.
