what was your process? did you scan in an object and then work with it on a computer program? what programs did you use? I have just begun working in digital sculpture and a little advice would be a appreciated!

Again it's Mandelbulb 3D. You change and tweak the parameters of
a fractal into whatever shape you desire or that accidentally occures.
It's only limited by the given math behind a certain fractal type. This
has nothing in common with digital sculpting. Have a look at "Z-Brush",
it's a bit like painting with pixels in 3d ( a digital sculpting prog ).

Z-brush is actually available in the digital sculpture class I'm taking. Thanks for the advice I wasn't really sure if I should bother learning a new program or sticking with the one i know (modo). But it seems like Z-Brush is a good option for me since I'm more of a painter than anything.
