Don't think I need to say it, but THIS IS NOT FOR SALE.This is my first ever attempt at an actual lolita skirt. O.O I used a tutorial (which can be found here ==> [link] ).
I won't lie...I messed up so much on this..and I never really understood the pintucks. :/ But overall...I'm happy. And I think I will use this design again
