I think eevee horde would break many peoples hearts because 4 some reason u have to beat up 4 of them before u can capture 1 and nobody wants to beat up eevees

Would be nice to encounter one of those. I evolved the Shiny Eevee I got from a friend of mine through trade into a Shiny Umbreon, and I had my friend name the Eevee "Kagehikari", which is Japanese for "Shadowlight", before the trade.
