Ah! I have got nothing else to upload, so here is PTU base! ;w;
This is the first time I am making PTU base ;w; I don't really think it will go well, haha! T_T

Anyway, this base is 100 and you get a psd file (you can open it in photoshop or SAI or gimp).

Rules:
* You CAN make adoptables out of this base! ( points or money, I don't care ;v; )
* You CAN use it as a reference for your character!
* You CAN change the lines a bit, but do not trace it and claim as yours!
* You CAN NOT remove my signature! You can move it, but do not remove!!!
* You CAN NOT use it as a "color in" for other people!
* You CAN NOT sell this base, trade it, etc!
* You CAN NOT claim it as yours!
