Thatchery works well as the title for this: it looks organic and woven and I could see this on a roof somewhere in the British Isles. Now you've got me envisioning cottages, rock walls, hedges and a cup of tea in a garden. Nice.
Personally, I don't really care if it's a word or not...it conveys the idea and that's all that matters. Heck, write your own dictionary and add it.
