Description Mostly Xenodream. The backround is a photo from a storm that was manipulated with the rest of the image. I used 3 different filters to get the feel I wanted for this image. Hopefully you'll like. Thanks for looking and full view really helps!!

This is a wonderful combination of images: the sky, the sphere and the 3D spiral. The sky provides the mood, which I see as 'after the storm' rather than stormy. The placement of the sphere makes it appear to be a cosmic body rising on an infinite horizon. The main focal point is of course the spiral...it's intricate and detailed and beautiful, but also apears somewhat overwhelming. The consistent gradient throughout the image ties it all together and brings a coherence to what could otherwise be a medley of disparate images. Great manip and blending. My overall impression is of something big and demanding of attention that is slowly passing...the sphere is the rising of hope and calm and stillness.

Just so you know, I sometimes read much more into images than may actually be there...and I can be somewhat long-winded, too....as you've just seen.
