Description Eol turning in for the night at a cornerclub, and about his usual business. Sujamma, his preferred drink, is only a tertiary reason for stopping in.
My first watercolour in maaaany years...rather a learning experience rife with frustrations and discoveries: including throwing brushes against the wall and that brown, blue, red, green, and ochre make black.

Is the barkeep blushing?? XD
And let me guess, the 1st reason is women and the 2nd reason are drinking contests/bar brawls?

Lol, how could she not! ;D (heck, I would be!) xD
Β Yep. The fair sex is always at the top of that mer's list. And then trouble. Though, more often than not, they go hand-in-hand.

Agreeing there, no matter if he got the green spider (paint?) on his face as well xD but well, he is already too cunning to be a spider! xD
Hehe, can believe. I wonder if Geldis got to Solstheim because Eol constantly trashed his cornerclub? XD

Ooh, spider-paint... Hadn't looked at it like that before... I do like that metaphor!
Lol ya know, I bet you're right! Poor Geldis...he'll never get away from the dovah-varine!

No problem, feel free to "steal" it x3
Hyea, but well, once he sees many female Dragonborns enter his cornerclub, then things would start to get ... alarming. Hahaha!

And yet again, I prove myself wrong thinking that you can't just be more amazing.
I love how detailed the scene is, and your use of colour and shading! And all of this - with watercolours!

Wooo thank you! Β

Watercolours and I have quite the love-hate relationship right now, so, thanks so much for the comment! I'll keep trying! xD

Isn't that the most exciting kind of relationship?
I'm definitely looking forward to more!

I can't watercolour for my life. I gave them up long ago for some media more forgiving to messy people (wax crayons ftw: if 3yolders can use them successfully, I can too!), even if I haven't touched them since I got my first tablet, but I totally respect you for being able of using watercolours like this. Very, very nice!

Ha! Well thanks so much! I respect those able to use tablets- definitely takes patience and a steady hand!
