i have nothing to tell you but keep praticing and focus on what you do best
but first , i dont tell you not to be creative but know how to draw real thing is important , begin with simple stuff like circle , square ,etc then thing like cube , cylinder , etc
i find it work for me
however , i find that most people's problem at drawing is they put their hand too hard or don't know how to control their hand ( my Englight is not good at all >.< )
well , there are so many thing to learn but to be honest , back then , i was still looking at those perfect drawing and just wonder when i will i could draw as fabulous as people . i used to ask people how they did that but it was not effective at all . after that i just drawn in my way . you see something , try to draw it as hard as you can , you yourself will find your own methods , my drawing teacher said the same .
so just keep drawing and love what you draw , don't care about others . it's just about time , everybody can draw
