Description
Initially I started with character concepts for lightmage43: A General with his Gaomon. He was described having a cowboy had and then the rest of his attire became a loose western theme. I hope that's alright.
Then I got a itchy sketching finger and started toying with other ideas in mind.
One was a Digimon version of Ruka who took characteristics from Dolphmon and Splashmon. I imagine if I go this direction with her, she'd join Xone Liberation and eventually become best buddies with Keely and Kristi.
Plus I really like Splashmon and wanted to have him join Dan and Taiki's armies somehow. I did have a DigiXros with Wizardmon in mind called SplashWizardmon, lol.The other is a Super Digivolve concept for Betamon based on the Kaiju Gigan (who looks like a mutant bipedal Betamon) and the hero Zone Fighter. I think the head needs some work, but I do like what I came up with. Not sure how he'd be incorporated, but he's there when I need him.

Well a joke name was "BetaBetamon" after the naming process through OmegaShoutmon and AlphaKiomon.
Another name suggested was Kusangidramon.

I like BetaBetamon Betamon's Super Digivolved form! I mean, he looks like a bipedal scythe-wielding badass. 
And SplashRuka is the most moe and adorable thing I've seen in a long time. = v = I was actually kinda hoping you'd find a way to include her in Xone Liberation/Xros Heart.

Well, even in Adventure to some extent it shows that if you're a girl, you don't usually get the ultra super goodies. :/ That being said, I sorta like to think Nene is more of a Major, though we could get a Super Digivolution for Mervamon/JetMervamon at some point. (Seems to be the only likely choice at this point.)

Ohh boy, Ruka reborn? Why do I feel they're gonna ask a certain boy with a 'certain power' to make her alive again? As if he didn't had enough with a whole Zone before
The mention of that Super Evolution reminded me of what would be the case for Lizomon. Well, for him, it'd be rather simple. Why need a new form when he already got a previous appearance which was entitled as 'The Legendary Golden Guardian'?
Of course I can so imagine Shoutmon going all annoyed that Lizomon's own super evolution might be like, way bigger and maybe cooler. Like, he felt some pride of having some new trick when he first evolved and that Lizomon didn't had that super trick, then he super evolves too and Shoutmon probably goes all "...darn it."

Cyber Land Datamon: Not to worry, pally. We've got it covered, and as it so happens I built Ruka originally to be my assistant until Splashmon repurposed 'er. *Shin and Datamon examine the innards, while Zenjirou via Red Monitormon examines some old blueprints*
Cue Shoutmon going "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHH!!!" Yosemiti Sam style and then in classic Daffy Duck fashion "You're despicable..."

Shoutmon: Hehe! Uh.. well, it's either that or they wanted a pudding cup. That one guy in the corner's dragging his accent so I'm having trouble telling f'sure.

I like the idea of Betamon digivolving into a Gigan-like Digimon, but you might want to stear away from the one-eye and buzzsaw abdomen. Also like how you adapted the claws as wrist weapons.
And if it helps with your concept, I've already got a very rough idea as to how Shademon's experience in Cyber Land would go.
When Shademon arrives in Cyber Land, he meets a Datamon who was the original creator of the machine Digimon that Splashmon uses, regarding them as friends and family. Datamon creates special nanites that would destroy the Drippin/Dripmon in the machines.
Eventually, Shademon and Datamon find their way to the fight with Splashmon, and possibly provide backup. Afterwords, Datamon repairs all the machine Digimon, and possibly fully animates Ruka (what you've drawn here could be a side-effect of using data he had on the Drippin/Dripmon when he created the nanites).

I had thought of referencing the one-eye, buy having it as a visor like MetalGreymon has now that you mention it.
Say, those ideas are pretty sweet regarding Cyber Land.

Antoher thing I forgot to mention, the pincers; beak alone would work. If you need a reference, I recomend Millenium Gigan , better looking than the first version.
Well after watching the subs, I figured that the machine Digimon were the citizens who tore eachother apart and were put back together as shells.
