Description
It's still very early on in the series as of this typing, so we don't know for certain if there's an overarching villain yet. Where as Xros Wars, Appmon and : started with the Bagra Army, Leviathan and Negamon right out the gate, Ghost Game seems to take the Tamers/Savers/Hunters approach to its story telling at the moment, clearly building up to something bigger, but content with MotW shenanigans and character work for the time being.
Not to say we haven't experimented here and there with a Digimon or two that might be working for a greater threat or implies something more, with Karamon here leaning in that direction. He's sort of a take on Etemonkey, as a nod to the V-Tamer team's hand in shaping Ghost Game. While I was thinking specifically of the skeleton guy from Goosebumps, Karamon also has some similarities to a Gashadokuro, so he might Digivolve into a more literal example if need be later on.
Karamon
Champion - Undead - Virus
A rare skeleton Digimon of the Champion Level, it seems to have taken form by absorbing e-book data of a certain children's horror series. Nicknamed the "Ghost Navigator", It always seems to appear in Hologram Ghost form when something strange happens, making it an omen of things to come. Karamon seems to be something of an observer, commenting on things in a peculiar way from a distance, but occasionally gets caught up in the shenanigans unintentionally and comically. He enjoys milk, but detests dogs and dog like Digimon, as the later often wind up stealing his body parts at inopportune moments. When pushed into a fight, he has surprising brute strength for someone of his build, and attacks with his Marrow Arrow (where his arm converts into a bow and arrow) and his Spinal Axe (attacks with the axes growing from his back).
