Before you start reading, you might wanna take a look at the ending from the previous chapter xD Haha Yesh since its been a while ya know...

Sakura gives them each a bowl and sits down between the others. Naruto stares nervously into each of the girls eyes and then suddenly a shot of fear leaks into his eyes and shifts to look at Hinata's eyes. Hinata knew what he was thinking. He had a sense that something had happened between them.

Miriu: Well lets keep this short, shall we?
They nod as they slurp their bowls.

Miriu: Well yeah first of all, you got drugged by Sakuras medicine, as expected.

Naruto nods slowly and swallows.

Miriu: Well and then you did some embarrassing things like pulling your pants down, talking to a cup, turning down ramen..yes Ichiraku ramen, telling us about your 'painful' life and that you couldn't bring back your best friend…AND most of all…

Miriu takes a break and puts some ramen in her mouth. Naruto gets nervous and starts to sweat. He looks over at Hinata and she looks back. Naruto can see in her eyes that she feels guilty of something.

Naruto: A-And most of all???

Miriu swallows and continues to talk.

Miriu: You told Hinata that you loved her. And then you told us that you two have been kissing while you were gone…

Naruto freezes and goes first pale then tomato red. He turns his head towards Hinata who are looking at the ground. Trying to hide away from their 'problem'.

Naruto: Oh…r-really?

Naruto scratches the back of his head and laughs nervously.

Naruto: Man, I must have been really drunk….!

Sakura and Ino sighs in relief while Aru and Miriu sighs in 'depression'. Naruto glances over to look at Hinata. She sits quietly on her log, with her head facing the ground and she slightly blushes. But also, she does not look very well. She almost looks…upset.

An awkward silence appears among them.

Naruto: ..Hi….Hinata? ..Are you okay? You don't look very well…

Naruto mumbles while looking down at the ground.
Everyone turns their heads towards Hinata.

Aru: Yeah Hinata, whats eaten you? You seemed so…happy and relieved yesterday.

Hinata looks up at them and smiles.

Hinata: N-no…well y-yeah …uhm Im just tired that's all.

She looks at them all but then stops at Naruto, when she gets eye contact with him. That's not the Naruto she saw yesterday. That was his loving side of him. …but there was still a glimpse of that loving side in his eyes. But it was something, taking over that glimpse. A worried look, a heavy burden and guilt.
Something makes her believe that what he said had some truth in it.
She smiles and stands up.

Hinata: Well we need to keep going! We've got a long way to go.

They all nod and grabs their things except naruto who still stands opposite to Hinata, looking at her. But this time, he seems a bit more relieved. He smiles and gives her a pat on the shoulder as he walks away towards his bags.

Naruto: Are we there yet?

Sakura: No

Naruto: How much is left then?

Sakura: I guess we'll get there tomorrow or something…

Naruto: Oh okay..

They keep on walking until they comes across a narrow path.

Ino: Hn I guess we're going through here..

Ino takes a look at her map and shares it with Sakura so that she also can take a look.

Sakura: Yeah I remembered that Tsunade- sama told us to be careful here. She said it was dangerous… I don't know what kind of danger though.
Anyhow, we should pair up two and two.

Ino. Yeah we should probably do that…

Sakura: Yeah but this time I decide who goes with whom!

Ino: WHAT!? No that's not fair!

Sakura: Ino calm down! Im doing what's best for the team!

Ino: Yeah right…

Sakura: So we should probably put Hinata in the front since she got byakugan. And then we need someone beside her who's good at defending and fighting.

Aru: Naruto can do it! He's really good at those kind of stuffs!

Naruto slowly nods and walks up to Hinata and gives her a smile.

Sakura: oh fine then...! Aru, you're coming with me. We're going to stand in the middle since I'm a medical ninja. And then at last, Miriu and Ino! You're going to be behind us as defence.

They all line up. Naruto and Hinata at the front, Sakura and Aru in the middle and Miriu and Ino at the back.

Sakura: Now, there's one last thing…Tsunade- sama said that people have disappeared one by one from the line so I want you guys to take care and look after your partner, okay? So please hold hands, partners! Okay? That way, we wont be losing our partner!

Both Naruto and Hinata starts to blush. Naruto sloooowly moves his hand to Hinata's hand, afraid of rejection. He insecurely grabs it and pretends that it is raining. He can feel her cold hand clenching in his warm hand.

Sakura: Naruto? Hinata? Are you going to stand there awkwardly or should we get going?

They both breaks loose from their 'trance' and start walking in a fast paste. The sooner they get out from the path, the sooner they can let go of each others hands.
Something's stopping them, dragging them backwards into where they stood recently.

Aru: hey guys where do you think you are going with such fast paste?! We all need to stay together, right!? Else, why is there even a point in holding hands and ect?

Miriu: Aru, I think they wanted to run away again so that they could have some personal space…You know *cough* Kissing…like they did the last time, in the woods.

Both Naruto and Hinata solidifies and gets tomato red faces.

Aru: ooh touchy moment over here!

They can all see a light steam, coming out of Naruto and Hinata's ears.

Miriu: Oh yeah you found their weak point!!

Ino: What exactly did you guys do out there….?

Naruto: W-w-w-well n-n-othing r-really!!!!!

Aru: Are you sure, Lover boy?

They all starts to laugh except Naruto and Hinata who stands like two frozen statues, holding hands.

Naruto: H-hey! Stop it you g-guys! I-its not funny!

Naruto glances over at Hinata who hides under her hair.

Sakura: No but really. Why did you two kiss?

Naruto can see that Hinata tenses up a bit more, as if she wants to know.
Naruto: Uhm…well I just…sort of..uh…..ARGH UGH!!

He stops right in his sentence and clenches his hands around his belly. He rolls his eyes as he falls to the ground. Although, what they don't know is that Naruto is faking. A great way to avoid tough questions.

Sakura: It must be his wound! I totally forgot to check it today!

Hinata sighs in relief but she really wanted to know why. Maybe they'll ask him later again.
Naruto finds it really funny to pretend to be unconscious. Now he can listen and feel what they are doing with out them knowing.
