I can relate, in 2013 I had many concepts on OCs that I didn't really develop that much, maybe except for the main one, Shane, that was created in 2008 and was in constant state of development (he got the pass, because he was always my favorite). But after that everyone got at least some development, even though in most cases I never brought myself to present it in picture form.
