Wow.

I know we can't nail down what's art and what's not, but pictures like these count to the best examples for art I can think of.

I don't know whether all of these things I'm going to point out were done deliberately, but I'll just say what I like in this pic anyway, hope you don't mind xD

The colors are gorgeous. There are the blue tones typical for a night, but they're combined with much light and yellow, draining from night's passive darkness and adding to the dynamics and summoning feeling of the personification of night. It's a bit like what van Gogh did in his famous Starry Night , but I like your idea of golden glowing outlines of the clouds muuuch better to be honest xD So there, nice and reduced color palette.
Night's personification per se (is it? I'll just go with it) is beautiful. I really like the look that corresponds with the gestures, making her not looking sleepy or awakening, but calm, just a bit in motion, like she's in harmony with nature. And I think that calm feeling fits "night" very well. Her jewelery (did I mention I love it? Because I so really do. ) is gorgeous, is there a name for the piece of clothing around her hands? xD Sorry, I never know that kind of stuff. Anyway, I think her exotic clothing looks a bit Arabic, reminding me of the famous One Thousand and One Nights - and there we have a complete circle again!
The hair plays an interesting role: While Night's dress melts with the background on the lower half of the picture, her hair keeps flowing and also keeps her color, making it look like made of stars against the nightsky.

łapska za wielkie Ale trzymamy się wersji, że to specjalnie - do przesuwania wielkich gwiazd i żeby jednym paluszkiem można było zatkać czarną dziurę i tym samym cudownie uratować wszechświat przed wessaniem (to wcale nie dlatego, że brak mi zdolności)

zazwyczaj jestem z tych co wpadają na moment do cudzej galerii, podziwiają cuda, coś favną tak dla własnej pamięci i uciekają, ale ta praca wyjątkowo mnie urzekła. nie szczegóły, nie rozdrabnianie się na piękne dłonie i cudowną twarz, ale całokształt, ogół, wszystko. niesamowite..

łoj tam, muszą być wielkie, bo jak trzeba przesuwać takie wielgachne gwiazdy po niebie, żeby się w siebie nie wrąbały, to duże dłonie się przydają. ^^ a tak serio - serio za duże zawsze mam problem z proporcjami (i całą masą innych rzeczy, ale teraz nie o tym). A jak już mi twarz w miarę jakaś wyszła i kształt rąk też, to aż bałam się zmazywać i poprawiać. Trzeba będzie nad tym popracować^^
ale cieszę się, że ogólnie się podoba^^
