Description I hadn't dolled for years but I was feeling quite nostalgic about this very specific hobby which was part of my childhood and teenage years. Therefore, I thought I could upload some of my old work for artists to use. I might even start dolling again! Who knows. Anyway, let me introduce you to Bonbon, a cute base which I let you edit as much as you please, as long as I'm credited.

Ohh thank you! I recently stumbled upon a community with pixel/tool dolls as avatars and some of their designers are so freaking talented and made me feel like crap because their creations are amazing. The community is called Virtual Popstar and most outfits are tooled and gorgeous. I have no freaking idea how to use tools for dolls and they definitely make me want to try.

I took a quick look at the sight, and their items do look quite lovely, but I have a certain soft spot for our kind of pixel work. The crisp lines and clear shading somehow conveys a lot of work to me. Not to say that tooling doesn't require a lot of work, but just not my cup of tea. I will agree with you and say their items designs are amazing! Their base is particularly very nice. *o*

I love the vintage vibe of pixel art Reminds me of my childhoob, playing Gameboy and Super Nintendo. But I must say I'm quite curious about tooling since it looks more like tiny illustrations to me.
