Made as request. had a bit of trouble fitting the horse they wanted to actually be in the water with the way the background was.. so i had to modify it abit.Gosh i love doing water splashes and drops lol

It's beautiful! I love the way you do water, I think it's puuurfect!
My only critique would be that the tail needs more dark shades. If you think about it, the mane and the horse's fur, if that's what you call it, are the same color. So as the horse has even black shades, I think the mane and tail could use some darkening as well. Especially the mane and forelock. It just stands out too much, in my opinion.
Other than that, it's great! If I could do feautures in my journal, yours would be in the top row!

How do you do the water splashes? I've never done them before, and I would love to know if you don't mind
One thing that I would like to point out: By the looks of it, (if this was real) the horse was previously swimming, or at least deeper in the water before this picture.
So, if the horse was under, the tail would've been too. So the tail would be all curly, and perhaps sticking to the horses legs?

lol just a small soft round brush on a transparent layer with about 70% occupancy and then smudged it a little
