This is fan art for a collaboration story that some people and I feel like doing. It's a crossover of Spooky Month and A Hat in Time.

Pump's POV
I always have a great time with my friend, Skid, on Spooky Month. Both of us do everything together. Spooky Month is our favorite month and nothing ever separates us from each other. But one night, things became different.

One Night, Skid and I decided to sleep in an abandoned mansion. We both made that decision and did so. At 3 am, I woke up. I heard some noises from downstairs. I've assumed it was a possum. I checked on Skid and he slept nicely. But me, I didn't sleep at all. I know something's not right. At 3:15 am, I heard laughter coming from behind me. I got up and brought out my flashlight. What I saw was terrifying. It's some sort of black noodle with fur and claws, and it's going to hurt Skid. I gasped when it looked at me. It then pointed at me. When it did that, I've felt tired. My eyelids are feeling heavy and my mind is shutting down. That thing is doing something to me. I've fell to the ground, before I became out cold, I saw that thing smiling evilly at me. Finally, my eyelids shut.

I've awoken several hours later. I have found that the creature is gone. I've looked around, only to find that Skid was gone too. I've started panicking, looking for my friend. As I panicked, I have questions, "What was that thing?", "Where is my friend?", and finally... "Did that thing take Skid?".
