Nope, that was in Ocarina of Time. During Majora's Mask, link collects transformation masks that allows him to become other races. He can even become a Deku or Goron.

Yeah, lines for characters like this are always weird looking until they're colored. Probably because there's no shading on it. Sorry if Epona's legs are a little off, I did it mostly from memory and rarely draw ponies or horses.
