Description
The Lord of the Rising Moon, (A personification of) Ithilien. Tolkien-inspired art. He has a twin brother, Anorien, the Lord of the Setting Sun.
I drew the line art over 10 years ago, but only got to coloring both pieces last year. Will upload the other one tomorrow. Here 's a link to the line art's deviation.
