(O_O) ITS FINISHED!!! ITS FINALLY FINISHED!!
This shall become my new flagship! I can truely say without ego that this is my greatest painting.. so far. I'm capping this one at around 25-30 hours of pure work spread over 2 months with a third month inbetween where I stopped working on it for awhile. Started way back 3 months ago. Yet it was supposed to be done before I left college! And It was supposed to be a speed painting! Pulled a Gulligan's Island on this one for sure ("It was supposed to be a 3 hour tour!"). So here you all go! I present to you my renaissance Blue Jester!
PSCS2, intuos3 tablet, lots of blood and sweat...

Whenever i find an artist whose art i like, i just +watch them right away. Say hi to more people, its how you get exposed more and get more people to see your work. I'm trying to bring back the image of the Jester as a talented performer and entertainer. Someone who tries to bring happiness to everyday life, as opposed to the millions of dark versions out there.

I have to agree that jesters really are servants to other people's happiness. The dark versions are usually a mix of the pierrot (sad/happy mime) Although many jesters mock as well
