I haven't drawn Rapunzel in two years!!! Cannot believe it has been that long since I have drawn one of my favorite Disney Ladies.
Sooo Tah Dah!!!

This piece took me a total of 30 hours, I unfortunately had to get some sleep, otherwise I would have finished this sooner  
The program that I used was Paint Tool Sai! Honestly if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to Photoshop, I take a look at this program  

I really like how this piece turned out, and I hope you do as well.

So beautiful! Raps is my favorite disney princess. One question: what brushes did you use on Sai for this? I'm looking into more options for brushes.

Thank you so much!! I do my line work with the oil water brush, and then I honestly just switch around between the paint brush, the marker, and the blur tool. Try out the many different setting options on the brushes themselves. For example I leave my marker tool on the spread option because I like the texture it gives. Play around with it until you find something that you like!

Beautifully portrayed. Such a lovely, richly colored dress, and her hair is so gorgeous the way it tumbles down like that. Very pretty cloud environment also, and the fairy-like spirals are a delightful addition. Splendid piece!
