This is actually HUGE. I am serious. Really really really big. She is sorta, in a round about way, based on Joan-of-Arc. In fact, I was going to name her Joan but I didn't no offensive to all the Joan's out there - I am just not that crazy about the name...Detail here - [link]

not sure if you modeled the face off anyone in particular, but my first impression from the full view was of Nicole Kidman.

Today, when I saw this image I was reminded of a tale I had heard years ago about a Celtic warrior queen who protested Roman rule of her lands by leading a bloody campaign against them. Her name was Boudica. I think a painting of her still hangs in the British Parliament as a sign of British willingness to fight to maintain their independence.
