Google Chrome Theme for a 1024 screen. This is a CRX theme, open the zip file and drag and drop the crx file onto your chrome browser and install

Hmmm, try it again after you have restarted your computer, there should be a little toolbar that pops up at the bottom of the browser that asks if you want to install or not
