RWBY x Star Wars
Well this saber is my take on Darth Rosian's saber that was designed by Icelance669. This saber went under a few modifications, such as removing the stabby thumb guard, widening the hand guard, changing the emitter, creating termination points in the spiral grooves and a belt swivel. Though for some more functionality, I made the saber a dual phase saber, so the blade can be lengthened, as Icelance did mention the blade is longer than standard. As for the controls I put them at the bottom of the hilt because this saber is meant for Form V Shien's reverse grip.

due to the simplicity in the original design,
I decided to take some liberties in my interpretation,
while keeping to your original design,
and envisioning the character of Rosian using such a saber.
