What is THIS! A post!!! Yes it has been forever and this is one of the next gen i have been most stuck at but yea i think she turned out rather good :3 There might still be some changes tho to her personality / bio ans some touch up on the design.

Aurora Shine
Nickname: Rora, Ary

Family: Twilight Sparkle (mother) x Flash Sentry (father). Cosmos Gaze (younger borther)

Age: 17

Appearance: Unicorn. Light purple coat. Dark blue mane and tail with a dark pink and white stripe. Blue eyes

Cutie Mark: An aurora and one big and one small start (looking like her mothers)

Ability: Creating auroras that helps lost ponies and light up in the dark. She can also use these auroras to create aurora "illutions" (like an aurora shaped like a pony, so it is not JUST limited to aurora borealis). Her general magic is also above average and she could become quite the tallented unicorn if she practice which she doesn't, she does however like to try out new cool spells (and then get anoyed when they doesn't work the first time).

Personality: Rora wish to walk in her mother’s hoof-steps and become a true princess but she doesn’t really know what that takes, thinking it is much simpler that it really is. She is very friendly and outgoing but can sometimes jump to conclusions and rush in to situations without really thinking it though wanting some action and to be seen as a heroine princess like her mother. She is not the bookworm her mother and little brother is and would much rather to more “active” princess duties, so studying is not her strong side but she does enjoy testing out new things (magic as others) but is rather impatient with how long it takes for her to learn it wanting to be perfect from the very start (“I AM a princess AND daughter of Twilight Sparkle! This SHOULD be simple”).

Residence: Castle of Friendship /Ponyville

Bio: It was one of the darkest nights of the years when Aurora was born but like the sky had heard the tiny princess cry an aurora passed over the dark sky lighting up the land with a soft, calming and most beautiful light, smoothing the princess screaming and so giving her name Aurora Shine. Twilight were overjoyed when she found out her first born were a unicorn and started to teach Aurora in the art of magic as fast as she was able to but it was not really as easy as she had thought since Rora was so impatient and easily got borde (when it came to reading).
As a filly many villains tried to kidnap her since they saw Twilight as big treat for uniting so many species together (seeing Twilights precious daughter as a weakness) and because of that Flash can be a bit overprotective of her.

Relationship: Rora loves her family. She tries to help Twilight with royal business and tries to learn from her mother about what it means to be a princess but have trouble taking it all and grows rather bored of it quick (too little action). She is a bit closer to her father, she loves to spar with him and does some self-defense training with him since he’s a little overprotective (for good reasons) and wants Aurora to be able to protect herself is magic would to fail (since she refuse to have a body guard with her) and she likes to sometimes tag along on his patrols around Ponyville (hoping that some action will turn up). Aurora and her little brother Cosmos Gaze are like any other sibling; they have fun together and would protect each other from any harm (Aurora would unleash her furry on anyone who dares to hurt her little brother) but they also fight and tease each other and Aurora thinks that Cosmos is trying to grow up a bit too fast (even though she knows he’s more childish when just around family).
Aurora is very close to all her cousins. She and Flurry Heart have pretty much the same goal in life, Rora really looks up to her oldest cousin and always ask her for advice about royal things. They doesn't get to see one another that often but always write letter to each other (calls themselves letter sisters). Rora and her cousin Noble Shield is pretty much best friends, they loves to visit each other (mostly Noble goes to Ponyville), talk about heroism, dreams and often train and spar together as well as go on royal business trip together and even some adventure. Rora is also not blind towards all the affection Noble gets and is quick with making sure that does hungry gold-digger mares keeps their hooves of her BCFF (Best-Cousin-Friend-Forever) but does of course wish her brother one day meet a nice mare. Rora and her cousin Radiance are also close. Radiance often goes along with her brother to visit Ponyville (she’s not allowed to go alone) and she always have such a good effect on everyone when she’s there, they love some girl-time together but also write to one another if they can’t meet.
