Hmm, welp, I think it's pretty good. If you want to improve it, you should, first, study a bit of the bear's anatomy so it won't look too much cartoony (unless that's your intention of course). Then, make it a bit slower. Despite that, it's great!

I think you need more inbetween frame to make it smooth, how many fps this animation used?
And for the jagged movement, you need consistent with the drawing.
I usually do rough sketch before cleaning the animation and finding if the animation is well enough, not jagged and have organics feeling when it move.
Tips :
1. Draw the main frame animation
2. See if the animation isn't jagged
3. If the animation isn't smooth do in-between
That's my critique and tips for you, I hope you can improve your animation skill..

Well you asked me to give you a critique on your work here so I try my best! (I am not really that good at constructive critique)
First of all compared to the first try that I saw you sure did some huge improvement. Second is that especially for animation you gotta analyze real life. I still struggle a lot with animation too since I kinda have a lot to figure out as well.
