So we have ruko's dewott form. This form is a little more powerful then the oshawott form. She can carry more in this form but she gets a bit tired in this form quickly. While still being playful, this form brings a bit more serious trait to ruko's normal persona. So you can catch her practicing a move in this form or activity going into a harder dungeon. She's more prepared for a fight.

The scarf on her tail is a persim scarf. The bag is honestly kind of light, because she intends to fill it with treasure. She does carry essentials on her such as medical supplies and orbs for messing with others.

The moves are fury cutter, razor shell and night slash. Fury cutter is used like a meat cleaver and she tries to hack you painfully. Razor shall is wielded like a normal katana like sword. Night slash is held like she's using a tonfa. The style of fighting changes with the moves. The more she used fury cutter the stronger the blade gets.
