Look at my beautiful boy! Look at him! (but like, don't look too close this is messy af)

I got this guy from Lisande-Puredream who did an amazing job with his design! I've been working on and off of this piece for quite a while, mostly I've just been pretty busy with work and haven't had a lot of time for drawing. The hair gave me some trouble and the flowers were a little tricky at first, but overall I really like how this came out! This piece is also inspired by the wonderful works of Kooleen, who paints just the prettiest boys in these dark and moodier color palettes, so this was really fun to experiment with myself!

This was also weirdly cathartic to work on for a while, lately I've been feeling not unlike this guy here, just pretty down about life in general, work, the general state of the world, finding out I have Covid so I had nothing else to do all day but stay home and finish this =v=;; Life's been tough. But here's hoping things get better, for me and for my unicorn friend here.

This guy's name is Percival, or more officially, Prince Percival Periwinkle Peony the Third! He's a sad unicorn prince of a flower kingdom, which you can read about on his Toyhou.se if you'd like!
