Description She looks like an Elsie to me.
I thought DA needed a schoolgirl with some meat to her. I tried on purpose to make her uniform a little plain and boring, to make her more realistic. She's not supposed to be Japanese, she's a Canadian schoolgirl.

Awww, she looks so...real, you know? The only time it seems like you see meatier girls on DA is when it's for the same reason you see sticks with huge boobs--because the guy drawing it has a hard-on for that kind of thing. And, like the dudes drawing the boob-sticks, they tend to take it way too far. I like her, she just looks like a girl you could see anywhere, and her uniform isn't fetishized either. She's just an ordinary girl. And, uh, that's extraordinary around here! Love her!

Whoa this is different. It's nice to see a drawing of someone who isn't superfuckingskinny, but not unrealistically large. She's just chubby. Your coloring is so clean, and I envy your inking skill. Really. I like your choice of soft colors, and the way you shaded her skin.. and how it has a very subtle blue tint. I like how you don't use lots of folds, but just enough to look believable. The designs of her uniform and bag are both very nice and simple. And lips-- you drew lips! How refreshing; nobody seems to draw lips anymore. Come to think of it, you seem to pay a lot of attention to little details without overdoing it. I commend you.

I really appreciate how many of the small details you picked up on! I did try on purpose to keep her rather simple in design, and not obese either, just chunky and cute. I wanted very badly to show how having some meat on a girl doesn't make her unattractive, that it's okay and it's normal. And as for the lips...well...I just can't get enough of big pouffy lips! Whee!
