You have a clear idea of anatomy and posing the figure. That part is very well done. The overall feel of the character has been captured and the details are there. The bat on the chest is very well done, as is the bat on the belt!

The thing that I would work on in the weight lines. You've got the one that separates the figure from the background. Look at how the darker line of the cape on the left-hand side separates the cape from the chest. That's what needs to be done with the cowl and the face, just under the eyes, and the lower utility belt pouch (by the buckle) and the lines on the hand could be darker, as well.

This is a very good piece and it shows some very good eye for detail. I really enjoy your style and your take on the Bat!
