I can't remember an episode where Sam cried..

It's probably because of how long it's been since Sam's cried. 
Uhhh... he cried in the Pilot at the very end of it after Jess got killed. He cried when the boys burnt John's body after he died. That was like in the beginning of S2 I think. He cried in Heart when he had to kill Madison. He cried in the S2 finale when John climbed outta Hell and he cried in S3 in the finale when the clock struck midnight and then again after Dean was mauled to death by the hellhounds. That's all I can remember, and the last time I can honestly recall he cried. This drawing is from No Rest For the Wicked. (S3 Finale)
