Why isn't it part electric? The yellow and blue would make it seem so.

Well, just beacuse it's yellow doesn't mean it has to be Electric... Just like red and orange don't mean fire, blue doesn't mean Water, green doesn't mean grass... I would actually think it would be cool with a red Water type
I just wanted to make a fighting type. What colors do figting types have? None specific, so why not yellow?
Sorry, I'm just tired of people thinking the color is decided when the type is decided xD
Wobbuffet is not Water type, Scizor is not fire type...

You have a very good point, and I don't mind straying from the stereotypical colors. Would he know at least a few electric moves though like Thunder Punch, Volt Switch, or Parabolic Charge?
