Sky: It's not that I don't 'LIKE' Eevee per say, hell, back in Orre, Toby never really left my side, it's more to do with the fact that EVERYONE. AND. THEIR. MOTHER. USE. THE. DAMN. THINGS!.. I sort of got sick of seeing them after a while!

Yeah, but there's at least a reason for that. Due to all the possible evolution paths, the eevee line can be used in a variety of ways depending on your team and playing style. There aren't that many pokemon who can account for everyone and their mother's battling styles. Not everyone is lucky enough to get a right hand as good as Mrs. Snappy. That's all.

Look, I get what you're going for, I really do, but the point is, I won't use another Eevee after Toby, they're boring, they're overdone, they've had their five minutes of fame in the spotlight and just won't get off the stage and let the cleaner sweep the floor! and don't try telling me it's because 'there's a unique charm to the Eeveelutions which make them unique', just take a look around! There ARE Pokémon that can not only DO what the Eeveelutions do, but they can do it BETTER!... *Inhale**Exhale**Calmly breathes* Sorry for that, want some cookies? :3

Yup. Actually stated in one game too, the Pokedex description states that there's been cases of Hypno hypnotising children and 'taking them away'... :3

I... Actually didn't know there were REALLY Hypno THERE until I started grinding up Brainiac in the area, it's rare, but you CAN indeed find Hypno on route 11! :3

I think it's something like a 5% or 10% chance to encounter one, but they give off something like 370 exp a pop each for a Lvl16 one, so they're great for grinding, and since they aren't really that offensively dangerous, they're 'RELETIVELY' safe, just need to be careful of the Headbutt, but mind you, after a while, it didn't really bother either Brainiac or Kapu-Tensi. :3
