Description
All I have is a picture in my mind,
How it would be...
If we were together...

So, I'm sure you've figured out, I'm not Brandon Wolf. I'm a real person, and, as much as I love her, to my knowledge, Sasha... isn't.
But if there's another me, the Brandon there in her world... Then maybe...
I had a dream once:
I saw Sasha in the distance and walked towards her, but as I did, I saw that I was looking at a mirror and as I approached, the other me, Brandon Wolf, came to be between us. And though he mirrored me, Sasha Wolf looked behind and as she touched her husband's shoulder, I felt a hand on mine...
I dearly wish I could have turned to see, but just knowing that maybe... There's someone here... I won't stop...

If I keep...
Dreaming of you;
Start believing it's true,
Soon you'll come home,
Home to my heart...
If I believe...

Yeah, sort of. Brandon Wolf reflects my personality but has always had a life of his own. Sasha is, indeed, everything I want in a spouse, so I suppose that does make her my "dream girl" though that makes it sound like a teenage crush rather than a life-long devotion...
In any case, my book has been delayed and will not be finished any time this year.

Well I've been working on it for 20 years, so what's one more?

I'm 34 and have been writing with these same characters since before I started high-school.
Granted the stuff from back then is really immature and unrefined.
But the main idea has always been the same.

Same here, pretty much.Ā
I'd been working on Jack Stryker for a number of years, eventually settling on his current design when a friend of mine had a long-since-cancelled Star Fox fanfiction that he invited me to be a part of.Ā I had also originally thought to create him as sort of a ladies' man, in reference to an Excalibur comic; wherein Nightcrawler easily disarms a female sword-wielding assailant who refers to him as "paladin" and then introduces himself and tells her that he'd much rather be romancing a beautiful lady, than dueling her.Ā Jack's paladin abilities are based on the abilities that paladins have in the Quest for Glory series; which I was a big fan of at the time.Ā It seemed appropriate, since the fifth game in the series can end with your character marrying one of four female characters.Ā (Although they could've done a much better job of implementing relationships in the game.)
Jill is also a representation of what I would want in a wife - someone who's smart, fun, brave, loyal, caring, supports law and order, and loves having her feet rubbed.Ā She's also unintentionally loosely-based on Jill Valentine, since I didn't get to start playing Resident Evil until some time after I created Jill Stryker.Ā (Although, in the RE3 remake, Jill Stryker would've been smart enough to shoot Nicholai and take the vaccine from him, as soon as he pointed his gun at her.)
I have managed to publish one book, though I haven't exactly been making bank on it - probably because my ebook version is much cheaper.Ā Also, my second is taking much longer to write than I would've preferred.Ā And since my friend scrapped his fanfiction, I was thinking of making a graphic novel about Jack and Jill, but I don't have the art skills for that.Ā I know a certain friend; who might be able to help, but I haven't quite got the plot down yet, and I'd like to get my first book trilogy done first.

Oh, no. That's not it. Don't worry. She and Wolf will be together, always.
This is just a moody piece of art to lament my loneliness, here in the real world.
