Description Watercolor pencils
I got this sepia pen the other day (I've been wanting one for a long time) this is the first thing I did with it.

I think my favorite dwarf is Fili. But I still love them all.

I purchased the WETA book a week ago and have just been pouring over every little detail. Just all the work that went into this movie is amazing. I can't wait until the DVD release with the extended version so I can see even more detail as well as baby Bilbo <3

But I love drawing Dwarves so much SO MUCH. The details in their costumes are the most fun. And every time I draw one of them I just appreciate the characters and the work that went into them even more.

If you haven't seen The Hobbit yet I think it would be wise to do so asap.

LIFE OF PI D': I still haven't seen that one either. It looks so good! Gonna make it my goal to see that one as well.
The Hobbit is that great, eh? I've heard a lot about it from Tyler lol. I think I'm gonna try watching it tomorrow! It's gonna be completely new to me since I've never touched the Lord of the Rings films. I was meaning to read the book like you recommended to me a long time ago but I never got around to it. Should try reading too since I don't have school anymore!

My mom saw it. She said it was awesome. She read the book too.
Oh man you need to watch LotR. They're just fantastic. But since The Hobbit is a prequel you don't really need to have seen them. There is a part at the beginning that takes place RIGHT BEFORE Fellowship of the Ring starts, which I thought was cool.
haha oh yeah i remember that cx It's certainly a great book, and easy to read.
I should warn you that The Hobbit movie that's out now is part 1/3. They're including like EVERYTHING from the book and adding a bunch more stuff, which is totally awesome, and a little necessary since there are 14 main characters. I am so excited for the next movies ;A;

It's cool that I don't have to worry about watching the other movies first haha. C: But I'll look into those as soon as I watch The Hobbit. Didn't actually get to see it today but I promise I'll watch sometime this week!
I heard about a sequel coming out by the end of the year! If I read the book I'll keep that in mind. Thanks for letting me know!

Oh man the art book must be amazing! When I watched the trailers the visuals were just awesome. It'd be interesting to see what the process was.

December is pretty far off. There are movies I want to see during the summer and even that feels far away!

It is so amazing. My favorite parts are about the Dwarf costumery. I am in love with the patterns and the variety they were able to give the characters without deviating from their "dwarvenness".

I know ;-; HURRY UP TIME

Yeah I thought their costumes were good too. My favorite thing I've seen so far are the places they designed in the movie. Just looks stunning.
