I think I should have drawn this guy a year ago.He is one of the two characters from the classic Spyro series to return for Skylanders. He is also one of the three characters from the Legend of Spyro series to return in Skylanders.
ALSO, his classic voice actor AndrΓ© Sogliuzzo also returns as his voice for Skylanders. Not only that but he also did Voodood and Camo in Skylanders Giants.

Yes, even though they did go extinct long before the dinosaurs lived. Β HE SURVIVED THE WIPEOUT!!!!! Β Also, meganueras had the wingspan of about an eagle.
